One Collaborative Impact (OCI) is led by experienced executives and governed by an active board that provides fiduciary oversight, strategic guidance, and accountability. OCI’s leadership structure is designed to ensure disciplined execution, compliance, and long-term mission alignment.

OCI’s Board of Directors provides governance oversight, fiduciary accountability, and strategic direction. The Board ensures responsible stewardship of capital, regulatory compliance, and adherence to OCI’s mission and long-term affordability commitments.

Development and operating partners execute construction and specialized services under clearly defined affordability, reporting, and compliance standards established by OCI.

OCI retains responsibility for capital coordination, affordability governance, compliance oversight, and outcome monitoring across all projects.
